Ingredients For Cannabis Croissants (Serves Approx 15 Croissants)
280 Grams of Cannabis Butter (Cannabutter Recipe Here)
4 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
4 Cups All-Purpose Flour (Or Cannabis Flour!)
1 and 1/4 Cup Milk (Or Cannabis Milk!)
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 and 1/4 Teaspoons Salt
Ingredients For Cannabis Croissant Egg Wash:
1 Large Egg, Beaten With a Half Tablespoon of Water
Place Aside
Method For Cannabis Croissants
Using Your Large Bowl, Mix Together Your Flour, Yeast, Sugar, and Salt And Mix Well Until Thoroughly Combined
Slice Cannabis Butter Into Small Pieces (Approx Half A CM or So)
Toss Cannabutter Into Flour, Yeast, Sugar, and Salt Mix, Then, Add Milk And Stir Well
Once A Stiff Dough Forms, Wrap In Plastic Wrap And Chill In Fridge For 1 Hour (Freezer: 30 Minutes)
Now, Remove Dough From Fridge/Freezer, And On A Lightly Floured Surface, Roll Dough Into A Long Rectangular Shape
Roll Dough Into An Envelope Shape (Thirds), Then, Turn Dough 90 Degrees And Repeat 3 More Times
The Dough Will Now Have Large Streaks of Butter Throughout, But It Appears Smooth And Flat
Wrap Dough Tightly In Plastic Wrap Once More, Then, Chill For 1 Hour in Fridge (30 Minutes in Freezer)

Cut Dough In Half, And Then, Cut All Dough Into Long Skinny Triangles; These Triangles Will Be Around 12cm or so At The Base
