Cannabis-Infused Pizza Dough – Cloudy Kitchen Cannabis Recipes

Pizza and cannabis. Seems like the ultimate combo right. But, what if you could combine the two?! Using cannabis-infused olive oil, this simple recipe is something that anyone can make, no matter your skill level in the kitchen.

You Will Need:

Mixing Bowl (Large)
Wooden Spoon
Baking Tray/Pizza Stone

Cannabis-Infused Olive Oil Pizza Dough Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Cannabis-Infused Olive Oil (You Make This The Same Way As Coconut Oil/Butter)
  • 2 And 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • Pinch Of Basil/Oregano/Thyme (Or Your Choice of Herbs)
  • 2 And 1/4 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 Cup WARM Water
This Cannabis-Infused Pizza Dough Makes A Family Sized Pizza (12 Slices)

Method For Cannabis-Infused Pizza Dough

  • Pre-Heat Oven To 220 Degrees Celsius (425F)
  • Stit The Water, Yeast, And Sugar Together Until It Dissolves
  • Then, Add Cannabis-Infused Olive Oil And Salt Into Mixture
  • Stir Well, And Then Add Flour
  • Make Sure Flour Is Well-Blended Into Mix
  • The Cannabis-Infused Pizza Dough Will Then Be Placed Onto The Pizza Stone/Baking Tray
  • Sprinkle Herbs Onto Crust
  • Then, Add Your Favourite Pizza Toppings/Sauces
  • Bake For 15-20 Minutes In Oven – And You Are Done!

There are many ways to infuse your pizza toppings with cannabis. For example, frying tomato, pepperoni, and other meats in cannabutter before placing on top of this infused dough.


  • To make this into stuffed crust pizza dough, cut long, thin (julienne) slices of cheese and place on the outer edge.
  • Sprinkle herbs on top of the cheese.
  • Fold the crust over the sliced cheese and it will be baked into the crust.

This is one of my absolute favourite ways to use cannabis-infused olive oil. Not to mention, frying a bunch of toppings such as salami, pepperoni, and even pineapple (yup), in cannabis butter before putting them on the pizza makes for a very nice, medicated meal.
